Your Account

To create an account, visit the website or application and look for a "registration" button. Follow the instructions to enter your information and create a username and password.

Tap on "Forgot Password" on the login screen, enter your registered email or phone number, and follow the instructions sent to reset your password.

You can update your name, address, or phone number by navigating to the “Account” section, selecting "Edit Profile," and making the necessary changes.

To delete your account, visit the “Settings” section in your account and choose the option to delete. Alternatively, you can contact customer support for further guidance.

Order Placing

Browse through the available products, select the item(s) you want to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout by providing delivery details and choosing your payment method.

You can order as a guest if you don't create an account. However, creating an account allows for faster checkout and order tracking.

You can track your order by logging into your account (if you have one) and accessing the order history. We'll also send you email updates as your order progresses through the fulfillment process.

AppTak currently accepts the cash on delivery (COD) payment method.

Yes, you are required to upload a valid doctor’s prescription during the checkout process. Over-the-counter (OTC) medicines, however, can be purchased without a prescription.

Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered. But we do not accept Product returns at this moment. It’s simple: Products ordered cannot be returned under any circumstances. For any queries contact us on:care@apptak.pk
